Cocoa and Chocolate Products

The BDSI Product Group chocolate, chocolate products and cocoa represents the interests of both manufacturers of various end-consumer chocolate products and manufacturers of semi-finished cocoa products for further processing.

Fine Bakery Wares

The BDSI product group Fine Bakery Wares covers industrial and predominantly medium-sized manufacturers of biscuits and cakes, etc.

Boiled Sweets and Sugar Confectionery

The main ingredient used – sugar – gives this product group its name. This product group also includes so-called sugar-free confectionery.

Snack Products
